    We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

    Trade data and journal entries are retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

    Your trading records are yours.

    All trade data, imported records, journal entries, and performance history you store on the Platform are 100% private. They are never shared, sold, analyzed for commercial purposes, disclosed to brokers, prop firms, or any other third party, or used for any purpose other than providing you with the Platform features you have subscribed to. Your trading history is your business and yours alone.

    6.HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:

    • Encryption of passwords and sensitive data at rest
    • Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS
    • Access controls limiting who can access user data internally
    • Regular security reviews of our systems and infrastructure

    No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Platform at your own risk.

    This includes your trade history, imported broker records, journal entries, performance statistics, and any other trading-related data you store on the Platform. None of this data is shared with, sold to, or accessible by any broker, prop firm, data vendor, advertiser, or other commercial entity under any circumstances.

    We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform. These include:

    • Stripe — payment processing

    12.PAYMENT PROCESSING — STRIPE

    All payment transactions are handled by Stripe, Inc. RockstarTrader does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details.

    13.CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document.

    Where changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

    Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account.
